This is a beautiful piece drawn using a mixture of fine liners and brush pens to build depth and texture created on smooth hot pressed water colour paper. As if straight out of a Victorian novel the lady of the deep shows a victorian lady with an antique diving helmet on her head and with octopus tentacles in place of her arms and legs, and she is holding a lit candle in her tentacle laden hands.
